Dealers provide prices from their trading desk which are integrated into Tradeweb's ATS and channeled to financial advisors and traders through a vast distribution network.
Contributing dealers may send their prices to Tradeweb Retail via real-time FIX connections, Bloomberg TOMS, FTP, or proprietary links. With a focus on real-time inventory, Tradeweb Retail's trade support desk constantly monitors the trade blotter to ensure that all orders are promptly executed.
Liquidity takers, or distributors, often integrate a white-labeled version of Tradeweb Retail with their front and back office, allowing financial advisors to search and buy live and executable inventory. Alternatively, some distributors use their proprietary front-end and co-mingle Tradeweb Retail's dealer inventory with additional third-party vendor and dealer pricing feeds.
